We see lots of riders that struggle to drink while riding. Here are some ideas to get you started and integrate your drinking into your group rides.



Fuelling your rides properly is probably one of the easiest ways to improve your riding. In order to do this you need to drink or eat regularly, not just when stopped. This means you need to be able to take your hands off the bars to get your bottle out of the cage, or pull some food out of your pocket. If you struggle to take your hands off the bars this video has a couple of ideas to get you started and how to integrate drinking properly into a group ride.
