A series of stretches you should be doing regularly.
You might have read that you shouldn't stretch. This is nonsense. Stretching will help keep your body healthy and achieve your optimal bike position. Don't stretch and go do a maximal sprint right after, but integrating stretching into your weekly routine will only have positive outcomes for you.
You should stretch several times each week. Doing these five stretches properly will take about an hour.
